About the Opportunity
* Respond to support requests and scheduling in accordance with the service level agreement.
* Efficiently and accurately resolve routine requests from internal and external customers.
* Classify and triage the nature and urgency of email and phone requests to specialist support team members as needed.
* Handle requests regarding all business systems, particularly Lumary and Skedulo.
* Manage compliances.
* Actively listen to customer feedback to identify recurring issues and areas for improvement.
* Continuously improve data hygiene and implement system and process improvements.
* Review, update, and contribute to developing systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
* Maintain data integrity in the scheduling system for clinicians' pay and billing purposes, as well as ensure travel costing is maintained and completed for all clients.
* Actively share knowledge and information within the team.
* Ensure client records are complete and up to date.
