What you'll be doing

The Tertiary Referral Service for Psychosis (TRSP) Service Manager will lead, oversee and manage the TRSP program. This is a state-wide service requiring travel to other Local Health Districts across NSW. The role carries senior management responsibilities across multiple disciplines and aims to deliver integrated, holistic health care to improve outcomes for clients and the wider community. The TRSP Service Manager will work closely with the Clinical Director and collaboratively with stakeholders (e.g., MindGardens Neuroscience Network).

The role requires some flexibility to travel and to work after hours (including weekends and evenings) to participate in the ESMHS on-call executive roster.

Where you'll be working

Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service located on the Prince of Wales Hospital campus, Randwick.

Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the TRSP program with responsibility across multiple disciplines.
* Manage service development, budgets and workforce planning.
* Collaborate with Clinical Director and a range of stakeholders to improve service delivery and outcomes.
* Travel to other LHDs as required and participate in after-hours on-call roster.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in health discipline or health management, or equivalent work experience.
* Strong leadership skills to enhance staff performance and drive change.
* Extensive knowledge of contemporary issues in mental health care for psychosis.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation and customer service skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities with capacity to provide authoritative advice in a large organization.
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
* Experience in strategic planning and evaluation in high-volume, dynamic environments.
* Current driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
