About The Role

The Administration Officer is responsible for the delivery of consumer-focused administrative support that ensures equity of access throughout the patients Journey within Surgical Specialist clinics.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional reception and customer service to patients, staff, and visitors
* Manage appointments and referrals via iPM, including scheduling, updates, and rebookings
* Handle phone enquiries, directing calls and recording accurate messages
* Liaise with patients, carers, and internal/external providers to support care coordination
* Maintain accurate patient records and provide administrative support in line with policies

* Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Proficient in computer systems and adaptable to health technologies and informatics
* Positive, motivated team player who contributes to a collaborative learning environment
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage varied clerical duties and work rostered shifts
