Role: Delivery Manager
Location: Sydney
Dynamic and experienced Delivery / Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and data-centric initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise program management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to seamlessly manage global teams across onshore and offshore locations.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and oversee delivery of Dynamics D365 programs and data-driven solutions across multiple workstreams
Manage cross-functional teams across geographies, ensuring alignment and timely execution
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for program updates and strategic discussions
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure solution integrity and business alignment
Drive program governance, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies
Ensure high-quality delivery through agile or hybrid methodologies
Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, teams, and leadership
Required skills:
Proven experience managing large-scale Dynamics D365 implementations
Strong understanding of data platforms, integration, and analytics
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage distributed teams (onshore/offshore)
