Position
* Part‐time role, predominantly Monday to Friday
* Cook‐to‐order service alongside buffet‐style meal preparation
* Prepare meals for daily service and occasional functions
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, OH&S and HACCP standards
* Support stock control, ordering and kitchen operations
Person
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Experience in a commercial kitchen environment
* Comfortable working in a cook‐to‐order setting
* Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP
* Reliable, organised and team‐focused
