The Company: This excellent B2B events agency has a dynamic team and a great environment. They produce world class events focused on technology, innovation, sustainability and investment in a specific sector are looking to grow their team. With a team of over 20 staff, you will be joining the this agency during a great growth phase! Position Terms: Full-Time, Permanent Role Working 4 days in the office, 1 from home Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 plus super plus commission/bonus The Role: The Delegate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving delegate ticket sales across a portfolio of high-profile industry events, summits and trade shows. Key Responsibilities include; Sell delegate passes across a portfolio of events via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Build relationships with C-level executives, senior managers, and decision-makers across target industries. Research, identify, and qualify potential delegates to ensure the right fit for each event. Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and production teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies. Accurately track all sales activity, pipeline, and conversions in CRM. Represent the Agency as a trusted industry partner, ensuring delegates have a seamless experience from registration to attendance. The Candidate: The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a sales role, ideally within the events industry in a delegate or sponsorship sales role. The candidate will be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while contributing to a team. Confident communicator with strong phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach skills. Comfortable speaking with senior executives and influencing decision-making. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. A positive, proactive, and resilient mindset. Confident and articulate negotiation, relationship and networking skills. Ability to travel for events and meetings when required. Ability to work from the office 4 days a week.
