 
        
        Housing & Referral Partnerships Manager – Supported Disability Accommodation 
We are seeking a highly experienced 
Housing & Referral Partnerships Manager 
to lead the development of our supported disability accommodation portfolio across Victoria. This is a senior role that requires 
extensive experience within the NDIS accommodation sector 
and a well-established network of property sources. 
You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and setting up quality, compliant housing for a range of NDIS-funded services, including 
SIL, STA, MTA, respite, and SDA 
. Your ability to form strategic partnerships and rapidly build a robust housing supply pipeline is critical to the success of this role. 
Key Responsibilities 
Strategic Supply & Property Development 
Source and secure suitable properties for NDIS participants through partnerships with SDA providers, developers, and real estate agents. 
Lead property acquisition and readiness for use across SIL, MTA, STA, Respite, and future SDA-managed properties. 
Build and maintain a strong supply pipeline aligned with participant demand and business growth. 
Accommodation Setup & Compliance 
Oversee the setup and onboarding of new homes — ensuring accessibility, furnishings, compliance, and participant suitability. 
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery readiness prior to occupancy. 
Ensure all accommodation meets NDIS Practice Standards and relevant building codes (fire safety, tenancy, SDA design compliance, etc.). 
Referral Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement 
Build and manage referral relationships with NDIS Support Coordinators, hospital discharge teams, allied health professionals, and social workers 
Identify and respond to urgent placement opportunities, including hospital discharge referrals 
Represent the organisation in property-related meetings, negotiations, and stakeholder discussions 
Risk, Compliance & Reporting 
Maintain a current housing register, track upcoming vacancies, and support the intake team with matching participants to suitable properties. 
Identify and respond to urgent placement opportunities, including hospital discharge referrals 
Prepare reports and updates on supply development progress and market intelligence. 
Stay across changing policy, funding, and design requirements for NDIS accommodation. 
Key Selection Criteria 
Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role 
within the 
NDIS accommodation sector 
, with a proven track record in 
developing and managing supported housing portfolios 
. 
Proven success in sourcing, acquiring, and managing disability housing portfolios 
Solid, established network 
of property sources (e.g. SDA providers, developers, real estate agents) relevant to 
disability accommodation and group homes 
. 
Demonstrated success in 
sourcing, acquiring, and setting up NDIS-funded accommodation 
, including SIL, STA, MTA, respite, and SDA properties. 
In-depth knowledge of 
NDIS housing models 
, 
SDA design categories 
, tenancy and property compliance, and NDIS Practice Standards. 
Exceptional 
relationship-building skills 
across clinical, referral, housing, and support service stakeholders. 
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent property projects from acquisition to readiness. 
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence in negotiations. 
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel. 
What We Offer 
Competitive salary: 
$130,000 – $150,000 
(based on experience)
