About the Company
This organisation delivers complex mechanical and building services projects across mission-critical and infrastructure environments. With an active data centre pipeline, the business is expanding its commissioning capability to support upcoming projects in Western Sydney.
About the Role / Responsibilities
As Commissioning Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the commissioning process onsite through to completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Attending project and stakeholder meetings
* Assisting with developing commissioning documentation
* Coordinating with the client-side CX agent
* Managing subcontractors and completion checklists through to handover
* Reporting into the Commissioning Manager (CXM)
* Working closely with the Project Director and Project Manager
* Operating within the end-client commissioning framework (L1–L5)
* Managing the commissioning process and liaising with commissioning subcontractors, GC, and client-appointed CX agent
* Tracking commissioning progress onsite and reporting back to the PM and PD
* IST completed by the client
Skills and Experience
* Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical or BMS
* Data centre experience preferred
