Overview
The Salera's group is a family owned and operated Jewellery and watch business with stores in Melbourne, metropolitan Brisbane & Gold Coast. Salera's have been servicing the needs of discerning Jewellery and watch buyers in Australia since 1953. We require a self-motivated leader to take on the role as a STORE MANAGER. This is a hands-on management role, entailing various challenges on a daily basis. We require a top performer who is energetic and focused on delivering top quality customer service every day, whilst working closely as part of a team with the area manager to further enhance performance of the assigned store and the region. Ideally the candidate will have experience managing a Jewellery store and have a genuine passion for Jewellery.
You will have the ability to lead, motivate and develop our sales team by working alongside them and coaching on the sales floor on a daily basis. You yourself will be a SALES STAR. You will love working in a team environment and will possess the following:

Responsibilities
Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance. Work closely with the area manager to drive store and regional performance. Coach and develop staff on the sales floor and maintain a hands-on management approach. Demonstrate a passion for jewellery and a commitment to achieving targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a jewellery store (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills
- Ability to work in a team and coach on the sales floor
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused philosophy
- Willingness to be hands-on and drive business as if it were your own
