As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development in children. * A Diploma Qualification in Children's Services from ACECQA-approved institution is required. * Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). * Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an Early Childhood setting. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate are mandatory.
