Responsibilities
Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering enquiries
Coordinate communications via phone, email, and in-person
Perform data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with general administrative tasks to support office operations
Participate in social media and marketing efforts, where needed
Contribute to a fully paperless, digital office environment
