CRM Developer – Digital Transformation (6-month contract, Melbourne, VIC)
We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer to join our expert team.
This role is a key part of a digital transformation project focused on optimizing customer engagement and internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Development & Customization:Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions, workflows, and customizations based on business requirements.
Integration & APIs:Extend CRM capabilities by developing custom plugins, APIs, and integrations (RESTful, SOAP) with other enterprise applications.
Data Management:Implement and manage data migration and cleansing processes using ETL techniques.
Performance Optimization:Monitor CRM system performance and implement optimization practices.
Collaboration:Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of robust solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience:5+ years of total experience as a CRM Developer, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on development experience in either Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Technical Proficiency:Strong experience with CRM development languages and tools (e.g., Apex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL).
Core CRM Skills:Strong experience with CRM APIs, plugins, and workflows.
Integration:Experience with data management and integration techniques, including ETL processes.
Location:Must be based in Melbourne, VIC.
Preferred:Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Salesforce Process Builder) and Agile methodologies.
