In this role, you will:
* Lead and coordinate business readiness activities across the QA function.
* Conduct impact assessments and develop change management plans.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Financial Crime Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality learning.
* Manage operational risk in alignment with AML/CTF obligations.
* Deliver effective communication and training strategies to support change adoption.
* Facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and drive engagement.
* Ensure changes are documented, tested, and validated for compliance.
* Support remediation planning and ongoing governance initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role, you will have:
* Proven experience in people leadership or change management roles.
* Proven experience in financial crime operations (AML/CTF).
* Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
* Experience leading large-scale change initiatives and conducting impact assessments.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
* Strong project management, communication, and time management capabilities.
* Ability to develop and deliver effective communication and training materials.
