We are seeking a passionate and creative professional to join our culinary team. As a dedicated member of our team, you will work closely with our Director of Food & Beverage to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Prepare and present high-quality dishes in our signature restaurant, as well as Breakfast, Room Service, and Conference & Events.
 * Bring creativity and consistency to every plate, ensuring exceptional standards of taste and presentation.
 * Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
 * Collaborate with the wider Culinary team, contributing ideas and supporting smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
 * Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a hotel environment.
 * Working rights in Australia.
 * A positive team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and prioritize effectively.
 * Pride in presentation – from your uniform and grooming to the dishes you deliver.
