Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team in Port Macquarie. The successful candidate will be responsible for practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective outpatient paediatric care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective Outpatient Paediatric Care that reflects current standards of Physiotherapy practices and current policies and procedures.
* Providing high-quality patient care that is respectful, responsive and tailored to the individual needs of each child.
* Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
* Developing and implementing treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
* Current registration as a Physiotherapist with the relevant health profession regulating body.
* Experience working with children and adolescents.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Highly developed problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
