We are searching for an Casual Dispenser to grow our team.
About the role
* Provide friendly and efficient reception service
* Assist patients in the selection of optical frames taking into account lifestyle and physical needs
* Recommend use of ancillary products (e.g. contact lens care products).
* Support other team members in the achievement of practice goals and objectives including (but not limited to) processing Medicare, health fund payments, credits / warranties, entering stock, jobs due report, debtor's management and stock takes
* Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the practice including overall presentation and cleanliness

About you
* Effective communication and customer service skills both in person and over the phone

* Positive and energetic attitude
* Experience in the optical industry is preferred, however for those eager to take on a new career we are willing to develop
