About the Role
* Develop and implement inventory management strategies to drive accuracy and scalability.
* Build strong relationships with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and external auditors.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a high-performing team of 6 inventory specialists.
* Oversee inventory control and compliance across distribution centers, kit rooms, and consignment locations.
* Champion continuous improvement and drive change management initiatives.
Requirements
* 4+ years leading and developing teams with a focus on people management and coaching.
* Strong track record of building positive team cultures and driving performance.
* Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
