Systems Modelling Engineer II Role
We are seeking a talented Systems Modelling Engineer II to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have experience with systems modelling, programming in Python or MATLAB, and a bachelor's degree in Physics, Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering.
The key responsibilities of this role include conducting and supporting systems modelling, evaluating system-level guidance, navigation and control performance, and defining related system and subsystem requirements.
Mandatory qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree, experience with high-level languages, ability to operate in dynamic environments, and ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance.
Desired qualifications for the Systems Modelling Engineer II include experience with C++ software development, excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills, and experience with git workflows.
* This role requires experience with systems modelling, control systems, orbital mechanics, classical dynamics, aerodynamics, sensors and actuators, modelling and simulation.
* The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in engineering analysis and modelling.
