We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (STOCK-ROOM SPECIALIST) to join our Sydney Brand Centre.
Our Sydney Brand Centre showcases an elevated store concept and is the pinnacle of the adidas Retail experiences for adidas consumers, focusing on premium level sales, customer service, people training and product knowledge, operations, visual merchandising, and activation.
PLEASE NOTE this is a store-based role and requires availability to work 38 hours over selected weekdays and weekend days.

The Stock Room Specialist at Sydney Brand Centre supports the Stockroom Manager in all Stockroom Operational needs and delivers a Premium Stockroom Model for our Store Team.
Responsibilities
* Supporting day‐to‐day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management, and stock‐to‐floor service to provide a premium consumer experience.
* Providing feedback to the store management team on required resources to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and maintain a Premium Stockroom model.
* Representing the adidas brand, company values, and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
* Driving and ensuring compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back‐of‐house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world‐class Brand Flagship Store.
* Demonstrating accountability for store performance by maximising resource allocation and executing processes to drive profitability and efficiency.
* Coordinating the receiving and stock‐prep process for deliveries, collaborating with the back‐of‐house team to maximise resources for efficient receipt of products.
* Sustaining inventory integrity within the store by implementing correct stock accuracy procedures and undertaking weekly inventory cycle counts.
* Transferring stock accurately and efficiently to other stores according to requirements communicated by the District Manager and Retail Merchandise team.
* Supporting store management to provide consumers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
Qualifications
* Retail Team Leader experience in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
