Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to assist the store leadership team in managing daily operations and supervising store teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, product knowledge, and ability to offer solutions that ensure a memorable experience for our customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Store and Assistant Store Manager to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing a superior customer experience for each person who visits our store, while also managing stock movement to reduce shrinkage and optimize sales.

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for our customers.
* Manage stock movement to reduce shrinkage and optimize sales.
* Filing and tidying the shop floor and preparing the store for promotions and sales.
* Collaborate with the store leadership team to deliver on performance objectives.
* Demonstrate strong product knowledge and recommend products based on customer needs.
* Run shifts as required, including opening and closing the store premises, cash handling, and maintaining store security.
* Provide effective leadership during shifts and support the store leadership team with assigned tasks.

Requirements:

* Experience in retail customer service.
* Supervisory experience in retail or hospitality is highly desirable.
* A focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to serve multiple customers.
* An energetic approach to store operations and a friendly demeanor with customers.
