Role
Service Engineer – Field service role focused on the maintenance, after-sales service and technical support of tractors, harvesters and other agricultural machinery.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the daily maintenance, after-sales service and maintenance of tractors, harvesters and other agricultural machinery.
* Provide daily maintenance and technical support for agents; cooperate with product line teams to address proactive rectifications and troubleshooting projects; rectify faulty vehicles and collect information.
* Inspect, perform regular maintenance and servicing on arriving vehicles (tractors, harvesters, etc.).
* Conduct regular customer visits and vehicle inspections (tractors, harvesters).
* Ensure timely availability of accessories and achieve accessories sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Repair machinery and other components of the machines; understand technical problems through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnoses.
* Maintain area housekeeping and EHS standards while working individually or as part of a team.
* Read and follow labels, safety warnings and guidelines; perform all work according to safety regulations and industry quality standards.
* Improve problem-solving effectiveness through on-the-job training; submit service reports on time.
* Collaborate with the China Representative Engineer/Sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance; experience with brands such as Kubota, New Holland, Revo is preferred.
* Ability to analyze and diagnose technical problems effectively.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to work with agents and customers.
