Order Processing Specialist Job Summary
The key objective of this role is to ensure timely and accurate order processing. This involves entering a high volume of customer orders across various products, while maintaining accuracy, efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Entering customer orders into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with precision.
* Processing all types of orders received via phone, email or post by unpacking daily mail in an efficient manner.
* Conducting quality control checks on completed orders and coordinating call backs with customers to confirm outstanding details where necessary.
* Liaising closely with Production and Logistics teams as required for streamlined operations.
* Identifying genuine needs from customers through effective communication .
