Whether you're crafting campaigns for Japan, supporting a trade show in Shanghai, or capturing stories from Milan to Melbourne, no two days are the same.
You'll also work across Bell Chemicals and Dominant - two proudly Australian brands delivering innovative hygiene solutions across health, aged care, food service and hospitality.
What You'll Do:
In this varied and collaborative role, you'll:
* Plan and schedule bold, engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube - with your work seen by audiences across Australia, Europe, Asia and the US
* Create and edit digital assets that stand out.
* Keep our websites fresh, functional and on-brand using CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
* Own the creation and coordination of e-newsletters and customer communications using tools like Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor.
* Work with our Research & Development team to help launch new innovative products from packaging to the launch campaign.
* Track campaign performance across digital channels - and help turn insights into smarter, sharper marketing.
* Be a key part of the team that develops new packaging and label concepts for our brands and customers.
* Liaise with suppliers and printers to ensure marketing materials are delivered to spec and on time.
* Support local and international tradeshow and event planning and execution.
* Provide general marketing support - pitching in where it counts.
* Contribute fresh ideas and creative content for all brands.
What You'll Bring:
* A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field - and a genuine passion for all things brand and content.
* 2–3 years' experience in a marketing or digital role.
* Confident, hands-on experience creating content for social media, websites and email - and a strong eye for what cuts through in today's digital landscape.
Tech & Tools You'll Know:
* Social media platforms + scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later)
* Website CMS systems (WordPress, Shopify)
* Email marketing (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor) – bonus if you know basic HTML
* Adobe Express or Photoshop – desired but not essential
* Microsoft Office/Google suite and applications
