**Location**:Varsity Lake, QLD
**Client**:Medical clinic specialising in sustainable weight loss since 2000.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide reception services, including answering incoming calls in a courteous, professional and expedient manner;
- Greet guests and visitors;
- Advise receiving staff of visitor arrivals and issue temporary security passes;
- Appointment booking and scheduling for clients
- Arranging surgeries and full process through to theatre including quotes with various medical professionals
- Consent forms, fees, Medicare billing and assisting with super compassionate release process Ad-hoc duties where required
**Key Experience and Requirements**
- Experience in a similar role (3 years or more).
- Intermediate level of skill of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer.
- Intermediate knowledge of medical software required.
- Sound planning and time management skills.
- Customer focus / service orientation.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Must have effective interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation and with customers from varying backgrounds.
- "Can-do" and pro-active attitude with a friendly approach.
- Must be able to quickly build rapport with clients.
- Must be attentive to detail.
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn.
