Our menu is built on authentic Southeast Asian flavours that are bold, bright, boisterous, colourful and powerful. It's food crafted for communal enjoyment among family and friends, offering fresh mouth-watering dishes designed to complement a strong beverage offering.
Working alongside our Executive Chef and leading the kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality dishes that balance authenticity with creativity. The position requires experience in all areas of the Southeast Asian Kitchen, producing vibrant small plates suited for a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and inspire a talented kitchen team.
* Develop and refine menus that showcase authentic and contemporary Asian flavours.
* Ensure consistency in presentation, taste, and quality.
* Oversee kitchen operations, including ordering, stock control, and food safety compliance.
* Manage food costs and drive efficiency without compromising quality.
* Collaborate with management to deliver an outstanding guest dining experience.
About You
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in Asian cuisine
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, motivating approach.
* Deep understanding of traditional Asian cooking techniques and ingredients.
* Passion for innovation, quality, and presentation.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills.
