Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work closely with participants and their support networks to build strong, trust-based relationships.
You will conduct thorough functional behaviour assessments and develop comprehensive, individualised behaviour support plans. Your role will involve providing practical strategies to enhance capacity, independence, and quality of life.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A strong commitment to person-centred practice and positive behaviour support.
* Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission – core, proficient, advanced or specialist registration.
* Experience working within the NDIS and disability sector.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
