The Job:
We are looking for a WA Regional Coordinator to join our Hazelmere team. This key role supports our regional operations and ensures smooth communication with branches, agents, and partners across WA.
Permanent full-time role
Monday to Friday schedule (38 hours per week)
Work for a nationally recognized logistics leader
Supportive team environment
All training and tools provided
Some Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with WA branches and agents to collect weekly/monthly data
Generate and review delivery performance reports (DIFOT)
Help onboard and support new delivery agents
Process and present invoices from agents and subcontractors
Conduct audits and ensure operational compliance
Provide excellent support to both internal teams and external customers
About You:
Skills & Experience
Strong communication and admin skills
Ability to manage reports, invoices, and data collection
Customer service mindset with a proactive attitude
Attention to detail and time management
Comfortable working with systems and Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and in a team
