About The Role
The City of Sydney is seeking a qualified Tradesperson Crew Leader to join our dedicated team responsible for the care and maintenance of park related infrastructure in our parks, gardens, sporting fields and open spaces across the city.
You'll supervise and mentor tradespersons and crew members and deliver best practice infrastructure repair and maintenance services to the community and local stakeholders. You'll work in an effective, efficient and safe manner, in line with our Safe Work Procedures and service specifications.
We're Looking For Someone With
* Trade Certificate III in carpentry, painting and/or demonstrated experience in a relevant trade
* experience working safely in public spaces, including risk assessment, hazard control, and compliance with Safe Work Method Statements
* current NSW recognised Drivers Licence
* demonstrated ability to plan and execute park infrastructure repair and maintenance work tasks.
