The Role:
As an integral part of the administration team, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing frontline support via phone, email, and in-person enquiries
* Assisting with general duties including data entry, document management, and filing
* Supporting the sales and property management departments with admin tasks
* Ensuring supplies are stocked and the workspace is tidy and professional
* Upholding our company values and presenting a warm, helpful face to clients and team members
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is confident with computers and has strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Is organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
* Has a proactive mindset and enjoys being part of a team
* Has previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role (real estate experience is a bonus, but not essential)
