* Assisting brokers with client portfolio administration and management
* Preparing and processing insurance quotes, policies, and renewals
* Liaising with clients, insurers, and stakeholders for smooth communication and query resolution
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and databases
* Assisting with claims processing and timely follow-up
* Complying with regulated processes and systems
