Lead Customer-Centred Design
We are currently working on a UX Lead role with a hybrid working way for an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in leading customer-centred design and has a strong understanding of Design Thinking principles.
* Decision making whilst leading a team through a human-centred design process.
* Design interactions with government services including authentication flows and application forms.
* Employ user-centred design techniques to develop site maps, flow diagrams, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes.
* Conduct/participate in user research.
The successful candidate will have over 4 years' experience in as a Senior UX Designer/ UX Lead and will be able to demonstrate a strong UX design experience with a digital and/or omni-channel focus.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Over 4 years' experience in as a Senior UX Designer/ UX Lead.
* Experience in leading customer-centred design.
* Strong UX design experience with a digital and/or omni-channel focus.
* Extensive experience with process mapping and process improvement.
* Understanding and application of Design Thinking principles.
