Are you ready to bring your outstanding skills to one of the busiest and most vibrant libraries in South Australia? With over 1,000 visitors a day, Tea Tree Gully Library is more than just a place for books — it's a dynamic community hub, and we're looking for passionate people to help us make a difference for our community.
As a Library CX Officer, you'll be at the centre of it all — supporting our community, connecting people to services and information, and helping create a welcoming, inclusive space that people love to visit.
* Be the friendly face of Tea Tree Gully Library, engaging with customers in person, by phone, and online.
* Provide excellent customer service and support across a variety of enquiries — no two days are ever the same!
* Help customers access and explore our diverse library collections, digital resources, programs, and broader community and Council services.
* Embrace digital systems and technologies to enhance customer experiences.
* Work across multiple library functions, building your skills in areas like customer service, technology support, returns room operations and other areas.
* Stay calm and professional during busy periods — we welcome more than 1,000 customers each day!
* Collaborate with a dedicated and passionate team to deliver exceptional service and experiences.
* Support customers by resolving minor complaints with patience, professionalism, and a friendly approach.

* Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
* Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.
