They have grown into five office locations with over 3,500 clients across Australia and internationally. This role will be managing a team of in-house Client Service Officers. This is the ideal role for an experienced adviser assistant looking to take their next step into management and work on more complex clients. The Role: Manage a team of CSO's Timely and accurate implementation of all advice documents Work closely with advisers on high-value clients Develop and maintain client relationships ensuring client queries are answered Detailed understanding of client portfolio to deliver a detailed response Prepare all advice documents including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices and relevant paperwork Complete adhoc tasks and work on best practice strategies Skills & Experience: Experience with people leadership is highly regarded At least 3+ years experience supporting financial advisers Must have experience in the Financial Planning Industry Experience with Financial Planning software; XPLAN, AdviserLogic highly regarded Excellent communication skills are required MUST be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights Please apply if you are interested in a confidential conversation, or email anson.lam@candorrecruitment.com.au your resume.
