The Role
We’re hiring across multiple levels and will tailor the position to suit your experience and ambitions. You'll be working with a diverse client base across not-for-profits, clubs, hospitality venues, and other community-focused organisations.
As part of the Risk & Assurance Services team, you'll:
* Lead or assist with external audit engagements from planning through to final reporting
* Prepare and review financial statements and compliance documentation
* Communicate directly with Boards, Committees, CFOs, and other key stakeholders
* Identify key audit risks and deliver practical, value-adding insights
* Mentor and support junior staff to build capability within the team
* Contribute to process improvements and uphold high-quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
You're a motivated and detail-oriented professional who enjoys meaningful work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
* At least 2 years of external audit experience in a Chartered Accounting firm
* A Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent) completed or in progress
* CA or CPA qualification (enrolled or completed)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* A positive, proactive attitude and a team-first approach
