Job Description
o Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence.
o Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategic decisions.
o Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts to meet client requirements.
o Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to guarantee excellent service delivery.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
o Consistently achieve or surpass defined sales targets and growth KPIs.
The Successful Applicant
o Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally in transport, logistics, or related industrial services.
o Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B sales dynamics.
o Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
o Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
o Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region.
