Our Defence asset management program provides whole of life asset management services to a significant Defence fleet of equipment that enables capability across the Australian Defence Force.
Working closely with Engineering and Product Support Teams, the Asset Coordinator is responsible for strategic asset management activities in support of achieving contracted fleet capability and availability outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
The role is an Asset Coordinator position within the GMO (Gas Management Office) based at Springfield. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor and Manage Defence Aviation Gases
- Manage the induction to 3rd party vendors to support GMO serviceable vessels.
- Be proactive in satisfying customer queries and concerns.
- Analyse complex problems and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks/issues to ensure key stakeholders deliverables are met.
**Skills, Experiences and Qualifications**
- Familiarity with the Defence’s suite of Logistics Manuals including the Electronic Supply Chain Manual (ESCM) to undertake effective inventory management.
- Experience in a sustainment / support program or Supply Chain role.
- Adaptable manner towards undertaking tasks based on new / changing business needs.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to appropriately prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
