Overview
We're searching for new drivers to be the face of Kinetic and take people where they need to go. Our Women Up Front Driver Training Program offers an prospect to become part of our team, providing pay while you train and upgrade your licence to an MR licence. After a five‐week induction programme, you will receive the support and training needed over the next 12months to gain a nationally recognised qualification.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a secure and pleasant journey for passengers on general routes, charters and special events.
* Provide outstanding customer service, including ticket sales and assisting the public.
* Operate bus services in a professional and courteous manner.
* Work autonomously and as part of a team to support operational needs.
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills and enjoyment of working with the public.
* Willingness to obtain a Queensland Driving Authorisation.
* Willingness to undergo a pre‐employment physical examination and medical history check.
* Australian work rights.
* Reliable and punctual attendance.

* Base locations: Tweed Heads or Molendinar.
