We reposition brands, realign marketing and sales, and rebuild digital experiences to drive real, measurable growth.About the RoleWe're seeking a Project/Account Manager who thrives on juggling multiple digital initiatives, from communications, branding and strategy to web and UI/UX development, while maintaining explicit, consistent client communications.
You'll ensure projects run smoothly, stay on time and budget, and meet our exacting quality standards.
This role goes beyond project delivery; you'll also own client relationships, act as their trusted advisor, identify challenges early, and proactively find solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients, executives, marketers and developers to uncover project requirements and objectivesTranslate client vision into detailed project blueprints: scope, resources, timeline and communication planCommunicate requirements to Mo Works' design, development and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on deliverables, budget and deadlinesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, balancing project delivery with account management responsibilitiesActively manage ongoing retainers (marketing management, creative support, communications), ensuring consistent value and results for clientsOversee each project phase: track milestones, deliverables, risks and change requestsReport regularly on project status, budgets and account health to both internal leadership and clientsFacilitate feedback loops with clients and incorporate suggestions to continuously improve project outcomesCoordinate and support both local and remote teams, fostering collaboration and inspirationDrive improvements in internal processes, tools and workflows for greater efficiencyIdeal Candidate2+ years' agency experience in project management or account management, preferably on brand, marketing or digital-product briefsExceptional problem solver with the ability to spot risks and challenges early, and resourceful in finding creative solutionsQuick learner who can adapt to new industries, tools, and challenges with confidenceProven track record managing marketing, branding or web development projects from kick-off through to deliveryProficient with task management and workflow tools (e.g. ClickUp)Customer-centric design thinker with strong UX understandingExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, written and verbalSelf-starter with commercial awareness and a clear sense of how your work drives business outcomesAble to pivot seamlessly between multiple projects and prioritiesExperience working with distributed teams across time zonesWhat Success Looks LikeProjects delivered on time, within scope and on budget, consistently meeting client expectationsRetention and growth of client accounts through proactive engagement and solution-oriented deliveryProactive risk identification and mitigation, resulting in smoother project deliveryValuable contributions to refining our project processes and toolsWhy Join Us?
