About the role: Community based role providing Occupational Therapy services to NDIS clients across the lifespan Service clients within a 30 minute radius from your home including working with clients from their homes, schools and more Occupational Therapists will be responsible for completing NDIS report writing, range of assessments, home trials, equipment prescriptions, home modifications, complex seating and more Office located in Melbourne's inner west for you to attend monthly team meetings, internal professional development and complete admin Option to work from home to complete admin if that's preferred Key Perks: A competitive salary structure: $75,000 superannuation for new graduates ranging up to $120,000 superannuation for experienced clinicians. Additional allowances totaling $7,000 for car and technology, with $2,000 annually for professional development. Flexible work arrangements with the option to tailor your caseload based on experience and interest. Weekly supervision provided with a Team Leader with no clinical responsibilities dedicated to solely supporting their clinicians Comprehensive support through regular team meetings, clinical supervision, and a collegial environment with seasoned professionals. Travel capped at 30 minutes to ensure work-life balance.
