You will be completing various projects across build and transport sectors involving excavation, piling, post tensioning and re-instatement works, working on large value projects.
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage all site activities, including the work of subcontractors
- Monitor progress and ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
- Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and progress updates
- Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
- Manage and maintain equipment and materials on site
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of quality
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Civil Site Foreman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and techniques
- Experience in managing and supervising subcontractors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
