Senior Advisor Role
This position is a key role in our organization, responsible for providing strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders.
As a Senior Advisor, you will work closely with the leadership team to ensure effective implementation and management of organizational policies, practices, and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing high-level coaching and mentoring to leaders and the workforce.
* Workforce and succession planning, including driving development and supporting organizational reviews as required.
* Supporting and facilitating leadership development training.
Qualifications and experience required include:
* Tertiary qualification in human resources, employee relations, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience working in a senior HR generalist role, covering IR/ER, performance management, organizational development, and HR reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, counselling, negotiating, and report writing.
