These assets include a world-class, integrated network of 15 iron ore mines, four port facilities, a 1,700 kilometre rail network and related infrastructure. Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety, and environmental performance. About The Role WorkPac are seeking an experienced Business Analyst on behalf of our client Rio Tinto, to support several key digital initiatives aimed at enhancing tools and processes for frontline workers. This role is vital in managing and optimizing digital tools, standardizing processes and supporting project delivery with agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic environments and be skilled at stakeholder engagement and driving project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage analysis activities and stakeholder engagementDefine, prioritize, and maintain business requirementsDevelop documentation across Agile and Waterfall projectsConduct gap, risk, and current/future state analysisSupport UAT and assist in test planningEvaluate solutions against business outcomesFacilitate sprints, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremoniesAlign work with project and development lifecycle phasesManage stakeholder mapping and impact assessmentsApply business and organizational knowledge to support delivery Skills And Experience Required Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar roleUnderstanding of Agile and SAFe methodologiesStrong experience with stakeholder mapping and engagementSkilled in requirements lifecycle management and documentationCompetent in strategy analysis, gap assessment, and risk analysisExperience supporting infrastructure or application development lifecycleStrong analytical, facilitation, and communication skillsBachelors degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field beneficial How To Apply Click on the Apply button to submit your application or for more information please contact: WorkPac Principal Consultant: Georgia Guy on(08) 6462 1147 or Georgia.Guy@workpac.com quoting the below reference number.
