**About the Role**

Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client's site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficiently handling and sorting of mails, ensuring its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.

**Scope of the role includes**:

- Daily mail and courier management
- File creations and retrievals
- Daily data entry and record keeping
- Ad hoc administration and duties
- Involving some moderate to heavy lifting

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you should display a positive "can-do" attitude and you understand the importance of being a highly reliable individual. You have a keen eye for details and always ensure your work is accurate. In addition you have a good level of computer literacy coupled with great communication skill. You have an excellent administrative, time management and organisation skills and most importantly you have the desire to deliver and exceed our client expectations.

Key Skills and experience include;
- Mailroom experience is an advantage, however training will be provided
- Microsoft office tools
