Finance and Administration Position
CL Macs has an opportunity for the right person to join our expanding business.
Based in Gympie, CL Macs is the hub of a vertically integrated horticulture business, responsible for the administration of several related entities.
Activities include, but are not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, human resource management, cashflow management, cashflow modelling, financial reporting and general compliance with State and Federal legislation.
The person we are seeking will preferably have broad experience in several of the above functions within a corporate setting, be reliable, adaptable and can consider organisational challenges with a view to developing suitable solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders.
Opportunity to be involved in identifying and applying for funding for future business opportunities.
You will be reporting to the Office Manager.
Skills necessary to be successful in the role: -
* A comprehensive knowledge of MYOB and high order Excel skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
* A passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
High order Microsoft Office skills would be advantageous.
