What will you be doing?
You will deliver exceptional service to our clients and play a vital role in daily operations. This is a permanent, full-time position based in our North Sydney Support Office.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Answering a high volume of incoming phone calls
2. Conducting outbound calls to existing clients
3. Managing clinicians' appointment schedules
4. Scheduling and confirming client appointments
5. Assisting with client and doctor inquiries
6. Providing basic troubleshooting for hearing devices via phone and email
7. Responding to voicemails and emails
8. Receiving and placing orders
What do you need to be successful in this role?
Working with individuals with hearing impairment daily, excellent verbal and written communication skills and patience are essential.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Experience working in a team environment
* Experience in an inbound call centre or fast-paced reception (highly desirable)
* Ability to handle a high and varied workload effectively
* Strong judgment and administrative skills
* A warm, collaborative, can-do attitude
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in computer skills
