Why This Role?
This is not a desk-only job. You'll be at the heart of our Outdoor Education Programme - coordinating people, gear, and logistics to ensure every trip runs safely, smoothly, and successfully.
What You'll Be Doing
* Keeping Outdoor Education programs running seamlessly behind the scenes
* Coordinating freelance and casual staff, schedules, and briefings
* Managing equipment, packing, maintenance, and asset registers
* Organising transport, catering, and trip logistics
* Supporting risk management, documentation, and compliance
* Communicating with students, staff, and parents
* Jumping in where needed - on programs, in leadership roles, or as support staff
Who We're Looking For
You're proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure. You love teamwork, value safety, and enjoy seeing students grow through outdoor learning.
What You'll Bring
* Certificate IV or higher in Outdoor Recreation or Outdoor Education (Desirable)
* Wilderness or Remote First Aid
* NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)
* National Police Check
