About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Install Lead to take ownership of on-site delivery, standards, and client experience for Unity Kitchens projects.
This role is designed for someone who leads first through professional conduct, quality workmanship, and clear communication on-site — setting the standard not only for installation, but for how Unity Kitchens is represented to clients and trades.
You will oversee site requirements end-to-end, working closely with the Project Manager and Installation Assist(s) to ensure every kitchen is installed correctly, efficiently, and ready for sign-off.

Core Purpose
To set the standard for site execution, installation quality, and client experience by leading through accountability, consistency, and attention to detail.
This role exists to:
* Protect installation quality and finish
* Ensure sites are safe, organised, and professionally run
* Coordinate people, trades, and sequencing effectively
* Deliver installations that are ready for sign-off
* Generate positive client feedback and reviews

Key Responsibilities
1. Site Oversight & Standards
* Oversee all site requirements from kitchen removal through to final sign-off.
* Set and maintain standards for safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on site.
* Act as the primary on-site representative of Unity Kitchens.
2. Team Communication & Coordination
* Lead and coordinate Installation Assist(s).
* Communicate clearly with clients, trades, and the Unity Kitchens team.
* Ensure everyone on site understands what is required, how it will be done, and when it must occur.
3. Installation & Site Works
* Complete kitchen and joinery installations to a high standard.
* Coordinate kitchen removals, site preparation, wall linings, and deliveries.
* Identify and resolve site issues proactively.
4. Quality Assurance & Sign-Off Readiness
* Inspect all installed cabinetry and finishes.
* Coordinate maintenance items, adjustments, and finishing touches.
* Prepare projects for final sign-off with clients and Project Manager.

* Meet agreed installation timeframes.
* Minimise defects, rework, and return visits.

What We're Looking For
* Trade-qualified installer, cabinetmaker, or joiner.
* Certificate III in Cabinetmaking qualification is required for this position.
* Strong installation and finishing skills.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of installation experience is essential.
* Experience coordinating site works and small teams.
* Proven experience leading teams of 3-5 people is required.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
* Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
