Contract Administrator
Deliver contract administration services for high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements.
* Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations, resolve disputes, and negotiate favorable terms.
* Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
* Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents.
* Work closely with the delivery team to ensure timely and efficient contract administration.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in construction, preferably on large-scale mid-tier commercial & residential projects up to $100M.
* Proven leadership in contract management, budget oversight, and subcontractor negotiation.
