Ready to design for Australia’s biggest theme park? Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint are looking for a mid‑weight Graphic Designer to join our in‑house Creative team on a 12‑month maximum‑term contract.


This is a broad, hands‑on design role with a strong weighting toward digital; but it’s not digital‑only. You’ll work across digital, print, campaign and in‑park creative, bringing ideas to life across some of Australia’s most recognisable entertainment brands.


About the role
Working under the direction of our Creative Lead, you will deliver high‑quality, on‑brand creative across paid and owned digital channels, campaign assets and in‑park environments.


While digital execution is a key focus, this role also plays an important part in supporting campaign rollouts, signage, activations and physical guest touchpoints. It’s ideal for a designer who enjoys variety, can confidently take a brief and adapt creative across multiple formats and channels.
You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Commercial and Operations to deliver creative that is visually strong, on‑brand and fit for purpose across all channels.


What you’ll be doing

* Designing creative across a mix of digital and physical channels, including:
o Paid media assets (Meta, display and social formats)
o EDMs and CRM content
o Organic social media assets
o Website and landing page elements
o Digital screens and displays
o Campaign and in‑park creative (print and digital)
* Adapting artwork across multiple formats, sizes and placements
* Supporting campaign launches with cohesive, consistent creative
* Applying brand guidelines across all outputs while tailoring creative to channel and audience
* Managing your own workflow and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* Working closely with the Creative Lead and a range of internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Commercial and Operations on briefs, feedback and delivery


What we’re looking for

* 3+ years’ experience in a graphic design role (in‑house or agency)
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
* Experience designing across both digital and print
* Confidence creating assets for paid media and campaign use
* Strong attention to detail, layout, typography and brand consistency
* Ability to juggle multiple briefs and deadlines
* A collaborative, practical and positive approach to working with stakeholders

Desirable (but not essential)

* Basic animation or motion skills (e.g. After Effects)
* Exposure to UX‑informed design and working in Figma
* Experience working with consumer brands, attractions or entertainment environments
