We are seekinganInventory Managerto join our team atVictoria Barracks, Enoggera, supporting the effective management of repairable inventory for one of the nation's most important aviation assets.
About you
Reporting to the Deputy Logistics Manager, you will be central to maintaining the Black Hawk fleet's operational readiness through effective supply chain coordination, repair management, and precise inventory control.
This unique role offers the chance to work within a complex, multi-disciplinary Defence logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage UH-60M inventory following Defence Logistics Manual, FMS policies, and Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines
Coordinate repairs and maintain data using Commonwealth logistics systems like MILIS and CAMM2
Support inventory induction under FMS cases and ensure DASA compliance for aeronautical products
Prepare and maintain logistics documentation to support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
Forecast demand to maintain sufficient assets for operational needs
Collaborate closely with Commonwealth representatives and internal teams
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Commonwealth
Special Requirements
Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
